Currently, I have no pets. Pets are welcome, but they require a $300 deposit and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as some breeds are not allowed on the lease. Please message me to find out more. Bills (water, electric, gas) will be split per person- an estimated 70-80/month per person.

As a roommate, I try to be tidy and am always respectful of others and others’ space. I am pretty laid back and believe that a home is a place for relaxation and enjoyment. I work a hybrid schedule, in the office 2-3 days/ week and home the other days. I enjoy cooking and being outdoors - biking, hiking and water fun especially.
