My apartment comes with 3 roomates who are very clean and organized. You have your own bed and bathroom. Full-sized kitchen and living room. Willing to leave my TV and PS4 with you. Good community and very close to UCF.

3 sophomore roommates that all go to UCF. Not much goes on during the week. Generally quiet. They’ve had a few weekend pre-games at the apartment but I’ve only seen 1-2 over the last two months.
