Hi! I am renting out a room on the 1st floor of my lovely townhome! The townhouse has 3 levels so there will be a floor in between us. I can have the room fully furnished and you will have your own ensuite bathroom! :)

The second floor includes the living room and large kitchen, which you will also have access to. The laundry is on the third floor. Rent includes all utilities.

I am a very calm yet busy person. I work in construction and attend a lot of events for work. I have a cute chihuahua named Chanel, who is also pretty calm. When I am home, I like to relax and hangout on the patio or watch a movie. I also attend church regularly and try to live with those values. I am hoping to find someone who is clean, communicative, respectful, and easy-going.
