4 bedroom one level house, with one room in the attic, master has own bathroom, other rooms share main bathroom.

Master bedroom rents for $720 2 additional bedrooms on main floor rents for $675 each 1 attic room rents for $645. All rooms have $200 security deposit.

House has spacious living room, open kitchen, laundry room, an office room. Front and back porch, one car garage and 2 extra driveway parking.

Move in terms: $200 security deposit plus first month rent. First month rent is prorated at ($23/day) if move in is not on the 1st of the month, otherwise move in cost is full rent and deposit.

Most of my tenants work nights, and they mainly at the house to sleep. There’s 3 males in total at the moment and intend for another male, unless I have two vacant rooms that I can give to two females.
