BRAND NEW HOME!
I have a four bedroom three full bath house with a loft currently being built. It is set to be done at the end of December to January. Rent is based on which room is chosen. The home is in Mountains Edge on the southwest side of town. It is located off of Blue Diamond and Grand Canyon. A video walk through of the floor plan are available on YouTube.
The floor plan pictured shows a den downstairs however we changed it to a bedroom with full bath.
About the roomies
