Built in 1969 and purchased by the current owner in1990, this multi level home is located on Snake Rd in the Montclair Hills. Sitting on the downslope of a heavily wooded lot, there are panoramic Bay Views to enjoy from many levels of our home. The photos included will testify to that.
House: Share the Living Room; Dining Room, Kitchen, Main Deck, Laundry Room and communal ambiance. Plenty of Street parking always available.

Owner’s father, 75 year old lives in separate Upper level. UC Berkeley grad, born in Israel and lived in Switzerland, NYC, France and in the Bay Area since 1966. Retired House Builder and speaks several languages.
