Rent is month to month basis. Looking for someone who isnt looking for a short term temporary space. Currently 3 men living here. We are quiet and work full time. The last two photos are of the room which has a closet and if you dont want any of the furnishings they can be removed also I have a video I can send of the room as getting good photos was a bit difficult. First and last months rent is required and bills are electric, internet and gas. Water bill comes in quarterly. All together its less than a thousand a month.

We all work full time and have normal 9-5 schedules. We very rarely have guests over and are easy going and quiet.
