I’m looking for a female roommate to fill a bedroom in a gorgeous noma apartment.

Apartment details: Rent + wifi come to $1455 per month + the building’s one time $300 application fee, but I’m open to negotiating rent as I’m looking for someone to sign ASAP. Other utilities including renters insurance are resident responsibility. The unit has a spacious living area with a huge window, so it gets tons of natural light. Unfortunately, the available room does not have a window, but I’m totally open to having a desk/ work area in the living area. You would have your own large vanity with tons of storage and would be sharing the bathroom with me. We have in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances that are super new, and TONS of storage in the kitchen and living area.

Location: This unit is located in a fantastic location, 30 seconds away from Harris Teeter, 8 minute walk from Trader Joes, and a 5 min walk (just down the road) from the Noma metro stop. The complex itself is extremely secured and has several well-painted amenities including a parking garage, large gym, rooftop pool, and many common workspaces and lounges.

About me: I’m a recent grad working at a government agency, and looking for someone I can definitely get along with well. I love to cook and bake (and share what I make!), try new coffee shops, farmers markets, and restaurants, and go antique shopping and thrifting.
