Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Parke/College Town apartments in Big Rapids at the end of the fall semester (around December 15th - this is flexible). This lease ends July 31st of 2024. I have lived here for over a year and have had a great experience! Unfortunately, I am graduating in December and will need to relocate for work.
