Spacious room available in 3 bed/1.5 bath house. Less than a 5 min walk to Montavilla with great restaurants, breweries, and the best Sunday farmer’s market. The room available is the largest in the house and has great lighting. There’s a $1000 deposit and average of $100-120 for bills. The location/neighborhood, space and backyard make it a steal.

Hi! I am Georgia and I live here with my partner Kenny and our two dogs Elli and Hunter. We are rather quiet and enjoy relaxing evenings with delicious homemade food. The occasional game night or restaurant outing is always fun. We are both in our thirties and looking for similar age. We aren’t super neat freaks but keep a clean house.
