I have a room avail in my town-home. ( Female only/no exceptions) Or open to Families temporary stay.

I haver Two Large Master-bedroom that is for rent has (Two large walk-in closets, and organized shelves, vaulted ceilings. Great location (15 Mins away from FLL ( Fort Lauderdale) airport.

Lauderhill Performing Arts Center ( 15 mins) Museum of Discovery and Science ( 15mins) Riverfront Gondola Tours ( 10 mins) Museum of Discovery and Science (Kids). (15 mins) Everglades Holiday Park Airboat Tours and Rides (15 mins) Rhythm & Vine-Eclectic, indoor/outdoor beer garden with rotating food trucks, a vintage Airstream bar & local DJs.

Colleges nearby: SFBC, Keiser University, Knox, JMVU & ATOM

Overall the neighborhood is very friendly and reserved, but yet very quiet. looking for a professional roommates with work references. I am very cautious ( drama free) ( respect) over anything and just a positive demeanor :)

I travel alot for work so my home will be more yours than mine, you will have a full access to kitchen fridge AND home Furnishing, basically the entire home.

So I would like a roommate who will treat my home like theres ultimately, super relaxed environment.
