Columbia Point Drive

Renting out a private room with walk in closet, its own entrance and garage. It’s a big and spacious room with double doors on its own floor. It is a three story condo across the street from the river on the golf course. You get the first floor to yourself, second floor has the kitchen and living room. Third floor is where the two other roommates would be so everyone has plenty of room and privacy. Walking distance from Winco, Anthony’s, Lulu’s and Howard Amond park. And from the trail for bike rides, jogs or to walk your dog.

We are two females in our late 20’s with two dogs. We keep to ourselves, are quiet and laid back.
