My sibling and I rent a 3/2 near UCF with laundry in the garage, a big backyard and patio, large kitchen and living room, and plenty of parking space on the street (we have 2 cars in the driveway already). Room has a shared bathroom. We live off University Blvd in a quiet neighborhood that’s lovely for taking long walks.

My sibling and I are both queer and non-binary and spend most of our time in our rooms besides cooking in the kitchen and the occasional living room tv usage. We’re 420 friendly and have 3 sweet cats!!!! We’re highly prioritizing trans and queer people for our potential roommate!!!! We’re both in our 30s so new roomie in their mid 20s to late 30s would be ideal.
