Northeast B Street

This is a cute 2-story house that shares its back wall with a couple of apartments. The top floor has a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with all appliances, including a dishwasher), a dining room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The room for rent is on this floor. The bottom floor has another bathroom that connects to the third bedroom, a washer/dryer setup, and another living space. All communal living spaces are fully furnished, and there is a TV upstairs as well as another one downstairs.

The room is available to move into starting the end of December/beginning of January and the current lease is active through the end of May. We rent through cornerstone properties, and they have assured me that the procedure for signing someone new into the lease is very simple. The room itself is the only bedroom pictured, and it has a closet by the window that is not pictured.

The listed price does not include utilities, however there has not yet been a month where the price of rent, water, electricity, and wi-fi combined exceeds $650. Because I am moving out, and one of my roommates does not have a car, the parking spot at the front of the house would belong to whoever moves in January.

I am really trying to find someone quick, and we are open to whoever is interested in living here! Not every room is pictured, and I did not include the downstairs, so there is a lot more house than the listing shows. It is very spacious.

Three sophomore/junior girls currently live in the house, we’re all pretty chill, clean, and get along with anyone. All biology or bio-adjacent majors, too. We’re all very good friends and enjoy being social, however we spend most of our weeks completely separate and focused on school until the weekend. We also cook together and are pretty chill with sharing kitchen supplies. I’m moving out because I’m transferring schools after this semester, and need someone to take over my lease. I will be moved out of my room the second week of December, so whoever wants to move in can put their stuff in the house before winter break if they want, but the first month of rent for the new tenant would be due January 1st.
