Room is AVAILABLE NOW or end move in is perfect. First come first serve!! This is a brand new house I’ve only lived in it for 2 years now. Top of the line appliances (electric, water, trash and up to 1000mb internet.) electric bill will be split 3 ways everything else is included. Their are 3 pools, basketball court, BBQ area and dog parks. 24hr roaming security. We are very clean people you will get your own shelf in pantry/ fridge and laundry room. It’s a 13 x 13 room with closet, shared bathroom. Its a 2 story house and all 3 rooms are upstairs with a loft. In the garage I have a lounge area with TV you can feel free to use. During the summer don’t worry about the heat my AC is always on. Bed in Photo is gone so it’s just an empty room! Thanks for looking!

Moved out to Vegas 2yrs ago and absolutely love it. I work from home about half the time the rest of the time I’m gone. We are very clean people the house is always clean. I just got a little Pomeranian puppy about 2 year ago so must be okay with a small 16lb dog he is super friendly and loves to play fetch. Room is available NOW or end of the month move in is fine.
