Courtney's room

The room that is available to rent can be seen in the photos below. The room will be available from 10/17-11/31 with the option to renew the lease or rent month to month. Rent is $890 before utilities. Utilities are about $100 a month. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. The house has a garage, washer and dryer, and screened in patio and a large fenced in backyard.

We are in our 20’s looking for respectful, CLEAN and organized, considerate roommates! We are both easy going and get along with most, but prefer ppl with similar interests or people in a similar situation as us (working, going to school, around the same age, etc.) Cats are fine as long as they can get along with other cats! (There’s a picture of my roommates cat at the end).

We would love to live with people that have similar interests, are like minded, and are ambitious. I am pretty chill about almost anything but I am looking for CLEAN and organized roommates (at least in the common areas).
