Hornet Commons 4×2 room available! It’s a single room with three additional roommates. It is fully furnished - has a kitchen and a living room with a tv included as well. It’s across the street from Sac State.
Must be female! Rent: $1175
It is rented by bedroom, so you do not have to worry about other roommates paying on time. Please message me if interested!

Our household thrives on mutual respect and communication. We maintain a chores roster to ensure the common areas stay tidy, and everyone contributes equally. We sometimes gather for shared meals or outings but equally value our independent activities and schedules.
