Looking for a renter for a bedroom with shared bath in my recently purchased house in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms have recently been renovated and are quite private. I have recently moved in to the master suite and am budgeting $300 for utilities, to be a shared expense (so around $100/ea).

I am currently renovating the downstairs and am offering a discounted rent of 750 until the renovations are complete in about 6 months.

Once finished, we will share the common rooms including kitchen, 2 large living spaces, dining room, deck and private backyard.

We (37 and 44 F) will be living in the house with my 3-year old lab mix and 14 yo hound mix, who both honestly just wants snuggles and treats. We work right here in the PTC. I spend most of my time working on cosmetic changes to the house or binge watching Netflix and most of my weekends are spent with my family.

We easy-going, clean and low-key. We are looking for someone who will match my lifestyle - no smokers or heavy partiers please. LGBTQIA+ friendly. If interested, please email with your latest series you binged watched.

With 2 dogs already in the house any more pets would be too much so we are not accepting anyone with a pets.
