Tujunga Avenue

I am moving out of the area and looking for someone to take over my end of the co-lease with my roommate Kazi. The lease lasts until May 5th, 2024 and you can move in as soon as October 20th!

The apartment is located in North Hollywood, in a luxury building with amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, gym, BBQ grill, lounge, and a rooftop area!

The room you would occupy is the larger room measuring 11x17 (measurements provided by leasing office), and has its own bathroom. There is a large balcony with stunning sunset views which can be accessed through the living room/common area. There is plenty of natural light in this unit. Washer/Dryer in unit.

A bit about Kazi: Early 30s, engineer, and fairly laidback. I enjoy watching movies/sports, playing video games, and exploring LA/surrounding areas when I can. I travel quite a bit throughout the year. When I am not at work or traveling, I generally keep to myself and am usually in my room. but will def come hangout in the common areas from time to time. Would be great to have a roommate to also be friends with! I prefer to keep the place clean, tidy and quiet (especially on weekdays).
