Look for one single person with professional jobs or a student. No smoking, no pets, clean, responsible, considerable, and reliable. Required to clean after use in the kitchen and all shared areas. Required to turn off lights and electronics while not using or done using.

$800 per month. All utilities included: PGE, water, garbage, and internet. The room could be furnished with a queen-sized bed and a table if needed. The room is in a 4bed/3.5bath house in a gated community. Parking in front of the house.

Owner pays HOA. HOA includes front yard maintenance, community gate, community security, and access to community pool and recreational facilities.
