I’m renting a room in highland park. It’s a cute two bed room one bath, with an extra sink outside of the bathroom. The room I’m renting out has a balcony attached to it. Lots of natural light, and central AC. The apartment is walking distance from Figueroa St, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Minutes away from Pasadena and South Pasadena. We get two tandem parking spaces and there’s a lot of street parking. Water and trash are included. We pay gas, electric, and wifi. This will be a lease take over, the lease is until august 1st 2024. I’m 25, I recently graduated from CSULA I majored in theatre (focused on acting). Right now I’m mostly just working as a barista. I’m usually gone in the mornings. I love going to the gym, walks, shopping. I am a bit of a homebody but occasionally I like having friends over for game nights or dinners.
