Looking for someone to resign my lease with me, starting Nov 1!
You will have the master bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom with shower tub, in a 2 bed / 2 bath.
Amenties: Central AC, in-unit washer/dryer, assigned covered parking spot in structure Community rooftop pool & gym, multiple bbqs and hangout areas/tables, coffee shop downstairs, fob required for entry to building for extra security
Right off 5 & 55 freeways, super easy to get anywhere by car. 10ish minutes from Irvine, Orange Circle, The District, Downtown Santa Ana. Located in Santa Ana on Tustin border.

About the roomies
About me: 27F I work regular office hours M-F, and wfh 2 days a work Enjoy going out to concerts, festivals, raves Am down to be friends with roommate, but can also give you space if needed. Looking to at least get along 😅 420 friendly (but smoke free complex 🤫) I am a little bit cluttered, but I keep common areas mostly clean
Living room is mostly furnished, but you can have free reign to rearrange or decorate.
