About the room
Hi! I live in Block C apartments in San Marcos and am looking to find someone to take over my part of the lease. Currently for a 2 bed 3 bath townhome style apartment- my room is $1458/mo. The room is 16.10ft by 10.8ft. Really nice large room with an attached bath. Lease ends in July 2024 but you can renew if you’d like.

About the roomies
My roommate (M, early 20s) is super chill and great to get along with. He’s respectful, trustworthy, and great with cats. He prefers a roommate who is relatively clean and low key. He does stay to himself, works outside the house, and is a great communicator. He’s been in this apartment for 4 years now. I moved in summer 2022. As a female roommate, I have always felt comfortable around my male roommate and he’s very respectful of individual privacy and space.
