Looking to fill one private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 3BR/2BA apartment within walking distance to the Fig and York downtown areas of Highland Park. The room and apartment have beautiful natural light and were recently redone. There is an assigned off-street parking spot. The kitchen and common areas are fully furnished and include a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. The third bedroom is currently set up as an office/WFH space.

Utilities include WiFi, gas, and electric (usually around $100/month). A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease and a background check is required by the landlord. Looking for someone who can stay at least until the current end of the lease (June 2024), with the potential for a lease extension/takeover.

Single occupancy preferred, okay with cats!
