Bedroom available in west Rome duplex. Less than 15 minutes from broad street, 3 minutes from Walmart. Will have a spare room available for extra shared storage space Will post pictures later today

Month to month lease- no long term commitment required, but I do ask for at least a month notice to find another roommate before you leave.

House is mostly furnished, prior roommate took some living room furniture and bedroom will be unfurnished

I will be the only other person living here. 27 year old male 420 enthusiast I work 6 days a week, not home often, generally pretty quiet when I am home. Looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and help maintain a peaceful environment at home.
