This is a 4 bdrm 3 ba, 2000 sq ft home, on a cul de sac. Looking for a single person that is self-sufficient and is easy to get along with. Must be considerate and quiet. No drugs, non-smoker. No additional pets – There is one in-door cat at the home already. Home is shared with 4 housemates total. Single person per room occupancy. No couples, kids or overnight guests unless arranged with property manager. You will have access to the common areas of the house, backyard patio, garden, living room, laundry and kitchen. There is a washer/dryer & some pans & dishes. Housemates need to work together to keep common areas clean. Parking in Driveway can be arranged – otherwise it is $75 a year permit parking which you can get at Glendora Police Department. All utilities shared by house mates. 5 minute drive to Citrus College & Azusa Pacific University. 15-20 min drive to La Verne University & Cal Poly Pomona. Rooms available September 17th, 2023 - Might be a little earlier.

House mates are nice and easy to get a long with. Clean and hard working people. Some work and some work and go to local colleges.
