Kalamath Street

This is one of four bedrooms in a single family home and shares a bath with one other person. The house has been recently renovated inside and we all work together to keep the shared spaces clean. We’re looking a queer-friendly female, preferably mid twenties to mid thirties who is considerate, kind, and understands the dynamics of shared housing. If you’re into recycling and composting, that’s even better! We value cleanliness and respect for others.

Street parking is usually not a problem. One roomie has a cat, and we’re open to other cats, no dogs.

Hi! I’m Christine, and I’ve been living here for a year and a half since I moved to Denver. I’m in my early thirties and I’m an architect. I work in an office most days, with the occasional WFH. I enjoy biking, cooking, climbing, and studying for my registration exams. Virginia works in investments and spends her free time repairing instruments, knitting, and playing with her cat Peabody.
