This three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is shared only by the renter and the landlord exclusively, ensuring a quiet and comfortable living space.

In terms of my schedule, I work Monday through Friday, typically from 8 AM to 7 PM. My free time often has me away from home throughout most days. I do have a friendly 15lb French Bulldog named Blue – she’s an integral part of the household, and I take care of her needs.

I am in search of a roommate who values cleanliness and responsibility. While you’ll have your space, it’s essential to be comfortable with Blu’s presence (don’t worry; I’ve got the dog duties covered). Personally, I am clean and habit-driven, tackling chores and most of my cooking on Sundays to ensure a smooth start to the week.

Although I usually turn in around 10 PM, rest assured that noise won’t be a concern given the strategic layout of the rooms – the master suite and the available rooms are on opposite ends of the home.

A small request: Please keep all food activities confined to the kitchen area to steer clear of ants and other critters. For smokers, please indulge outside and ensure proper cleanup afterward.
