Big yard, fire pit in the back, big patio/porch with lots of room! Car port that’s covered for the roomie, I park in the garage. You would have plenty of storage, a key, and the garage code. I like things tidy, organized, and clean. My dog is very friendly and doesn’t shed a lot of hair. The room is furnished and has the biggest closet in the house. You’re welcome to not use any of the furniture (bed/nightstand) as I can store it in the basement.

Really looking for someone chill, who wants to occasionally hang and watch tv or catch up. I’m home all the time bc I work remotely.

I do not want to live with CATS or COUPLES. If you have a dog let’s have them meet first!

It’s just me and my dog. We’re chill, I work from home, and just want to split costs for a bit. Open to month to month or short term 3-6 month lease. If it works out I’d be down for longer!

Here’s my current process:

1. Meet with potential roomie somewhere in public and talk about lifestyles, rules, etc… to see if we’re a good match
2. A walk through of my house and the room
3. signing the roommate agreement and lease and moving in, get keys, etc
