Mike and I are looking for a new roommates come May or almost anytime. I just got hired as an engineer, so I have been paying for the extra room ever since Mike moved in. One of the main criteria is that you must have lived somewhere else first. Preferable someone around my age. Coed and couples are fine. I’ve lived with both. I just need to know that it will be a work out is all. Preferably not a couple, because there will already be three people using the fridge. Nevertheless if Ik that it will last and you seem great, I probably will not mind that much. (Also no pets preferably) 👍🏻 The extra room is about ten by ten feet with a ceiling fans in both. The place is furnished beside the bedroom. So just move in, I own most things for the kitchen and living room. I just need a new couch. The place has a large balcony, washer and driers, a fitness center, and a bunch of ponds with geese year round here. It’s very lovely and is worth the larger rooms and the location. There are plenty of great restaurants to walk across the street to and the freeway is just far enough away. 🍽 🏎 All I want are roommates who are honest, kind, and respectful. Thank you!

Now Mike is one of the nicest guys that I have lived with. He is very clean, organized, and pays rent on time. Apart from that he is from Wisconsin (where my parents are from), works at Amazon, and is a gamer like me.
