Hello, I am a female looking for the right female to fit my mindset to share my beautiful home on a river in Elizabeth Wv. I have a couple acres, few neighbors and its very quite. I have no drama or heavy drug use and looking for the same in a roommate. The room is in a fully furnished loft with a full bath, bedroom and lots of storage. I live on the bottom floor with my amazing husband and we are of the same mindset. We have no drama or jealousy in our lives, no yelling or name calling and laugh throughout the day. Rent includes all utilities and shared use of my home. WiFi is available. I am an herbalist and like to eat healthy when I can. Please no pets as I have a couple dogs now. I may consider lower rent for help with garden, house upkeep and having fun! We also have a beautiful hot tub for your use!

My husband and I are very friendly, have no drama in our lives, cocktails and 420 friendly, dont argue or name call. We have a beautiful home on a river in Elizabeth West Virginia on acreage, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Use of home is included along with utilities in the rent. Very large custom kitchen and loft also has an art studio. We will be doing background checks.
