This listing is for a private bedroom in a recently updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in a quiet gated community. The room is furnished and the bathroom will be shared with one other female roommate. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. The bedroom is approximately 10’x10’. Rent is $900 a month and utilities are included. The kitchen has fridge and pantry space for your groceries.

The whole house is secured with an ADT security system and a doorbell camera, and parking is in the driveway. There is a train track nearby, and trains pass multiple times a day. The train is noticeable, but not disruptive.

As for me, I am a female in my early 30s who works remotely from home as an engineer and occupies the master bedroom. I have two well-behaved indoor only black cats. I am quiet, respectful, and tend to keep to myself. In my free time I like to cook, exercise, and tend to my plants.

I am looking for one quiet and respectful female roommate only. No overnight guests please. Everyone living here is expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas, as well as put their dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No smoking, drama, or drugs of any kind please.
