About the room
2 blocks from campus with a backyard and a cool front porch! We have most communal items (living room couches, tv, dishes etc.). The room is in the basement and HUGE. Walk in closet. Ceilings are a little low when you first walk in because of a vent but the rest of the room is a good height! There’s two shared bathrooms and only one has a working shower which everyone shares.
About the roomies
Roommates are students! 4 guys and 1 girl in the house, everyone is super friendly. 420 friendly roommates. We like to keep the house quiet on weekdays but don’t mind having some friends over every once in a while! Theres two cats in the house currently who are super friendly.
