Jay's room

The house is located on a private street quite noise free. The room has been freshly painted with new carpet, a new smart TV with access to multiple streaming apps like Disney Plus, Hulu, Netflix, Spectrum TV, Prime Video, and Internet access. You will have full kitchen and laundry privileges. Parking for your personal vehicle. Pet Friendly but there is an additional pet agreement and fee.

The people living in the residence are the owners and the 17-year-old daughter. We do not drink, or smoke (anything) and there is no drug use of any kind other than over-the-counter. Our expectations of any potential roommate are that they are clean and respectful, and either attend school full-time or work a full-time job.
