Rent is $700 including utilities (only other expense is the electric bill. ~$75, sometimes a few dollars higher or lower depending on the heat outside). Lease is terminated on 04/30/24 unless you would like to renew with the current residents.

Apartment includes: 1 bedroom w private bathroom (full), walk-in closet, washer/dryer, kitchen w dining and living room area. Bonuses: hidden screened-in porch, thick walls, quiet neighborhood, nighttime security, pool, fitness center, guest parking.

Reason for leaving: I’m trying to find a place closer to my new job. The area is very great! I’ve been here for almost two years and never had an issue.

There are two other people living here, a couple (24F and 25M). They own a disabled cat who may not work well with other pets (he’s a real sweetheart though, just gets intimidated by regular cats who usually pick on him for his disability- hip dysplasia. He cannot walk properly). The male roommate works overnight shifts while the female is SAH. They usually keep to themselves. Male roommate is the head of the household on the lease.
