Move in available November 1st. First and last months rent are required upon move in.

Private large bedroom, shared bath in an 1100 sqft Condo. The room is 16 x14ft. Water, gas and wifi are included. Electric is not included and will be split monthly (usually $40 to $80 dollars per month). There is an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking pass included.

The unit is a 2bdr (double master) 1 bath with a large living room. There are two sliding door closets in the bedroom. The room has a large window and is not furnished. Single occupancy. The kitchen and living room will also be shared, both are large areas. To give you an idea, the living room is 15 x 17ft and the kitchen is 13 x 11ft.

The home is 5 minutes from Forrestville mall and Ritchie Station Court. 6 minutes from exit 13 on HWY 95. Walker Mill park is 3 minutes away and Addison Rd Metro Station is 5 minutes away. 10 minutes from dc line.

A 20’s female working professional with no pets or kids would be preferred. Pets can be discussed further. You must be employed and able to provide pay stubs.

I’m a 25-year-old full-time corporate employee. I recently graduated and have been living in my own since I was 21. I keep to myself a lot and am frequently out running errands or having fun. I occasionally smoke but it is only outside and the same would be asked of a potential roommate. I am very big on the house smelling and looking presentable so I am often vacuuming, mopping and keeping the glade plug-ins filled up. I would like a roommate I could be friends with but I am just as happy to just be cordial as roommates.

I have one small (14-lb) dog- who is 5 years’ old, even though her nickname is old lady lol. The most she bothers anyone is to beg for head rubs. Typically I take her with me on errands but if she isn’t then she stays in her (locked) play pen while I’m gone. She only barks when someone comes in the house similar to an alarm system.
