Beautiful 4 bedroom home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Powder Springs close to shopping, parks, restaurants and six flags, 25 mins from downtown ATL, 30 mins from Airport. 1 private room open. Room furnished with queen bed, night stands, 2 lamps, smart tv and closet. Room is $1100 per month including utilities (internet, electricity, gas, water, washer and dryer). Have house cleaner that comes to the home several times per month but roomies are still required to keep their spaces and common areas clean. Parking available in driveway. I have a pool table in the home as well. Garage has a TV and couch where you can relax and unwind. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Home is ranch style and accessible.

I am a young professional who works from home M-F 8am to 6pm. I am laid back and very clean. I travel often at times. When I am home I like to relax in the garage or living room but I like to stay to myself. I am friendly and easy to get along with.

Prefer roomies with no kids, no couples and no pets. Must have stable job and income. Prefer no additional guests but with appropriate communication and respect for my working hours we can discuss. No overnight guests under any circumstance. Roomate preferences (Clean, quiet, respectful, does not work from home, LGBT friendly, 420 friendly, considerate, cooperative, responsible and mature adults only.
