I’am looking for a roommate who shares our values - no guests, no smoking, no loud music. Cleanliness and being respectful is very important for us. I have a healthy lifestyle, including early mornings and early bedtimes during the week . I like to stay active and eat healthy, so I cook most days during the week. No pets, no guests please. help take out the trash, and someone who does not leave their dishes in the sink, or a mess in the kitchen. About the apt. There are 2 bedrooms . Spacious living room. Laundry is in unit which is awesome! Monthly rent is $850 Gas & light bills usually is no more than $150 And questions please email me about location or anything else. There will also be a $850 deposit required. No move in fee. must sign a 6 month lease. possible option to renew. Thank you!
