Second Floor Furnished room with attached full bath (shower stall, sink and toilet). Large walk-in closet and dresser provided along with a View of a Lake. There is plenty of driveway parking as well. The lake is private and for residents only. Perfect for a kayak or sup or paddleboat which are all available for use here. So much more to tell for the truly interested.

I’m just living alone in this big house and thought it might be nice to have someone else around that might like to try some cookies that I bake in my spare time. I make a pretty good chocolate chip cookie if I do say. I’m not looking for romance, just somebody to share a house and some chores. Ps. There really is a lake outside the door to use and a firepit too.
