Private studio with private bath on first floor of 3-level home, with separate areas for seating and sleeping. Use either the shared or private entrance to access the space. Suite has a mini-kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, or use the full kitchen on main level of house.
Seating area has large sofa and a side chair, TV with streaming (Prime, Hulu, Netflix). Sleep on a full-sized bed, with newer foam mattress. All bedding and towels provided. At your request, a desk can be added.
Fully equipped kitchen, main living room and dining room available for shared use one level above.
Washer and dryer in basement. Off street parking. Lawn maintenance and snow removal provided by landlord. Vegetable garden with patio and fruit trees. Twice monthly professional cleaning.
