Room is available for ladies or gents ( no couple ) with no pets, children or guests overnight. Utilities include gas & electric, TV and wi-fi/internet access (~100$), with TV and wi-fi/internet in room. Limited use of onsite laundry if needed. Kitchen access is limited, and only for small meals. The room comes with one full bathroom (with bathtub and shower). Amenities include 2 pools and spas, with cabanas and large barbecue grills in primary pool area, and a work out, rec. room. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood near walking trails, a park, and tree-lined streets, with off-street parking, and walking distance from Hill Street Cafe and Library, Vons Plaza, Walmart, Government Center, B of A, and just a few minutes drive to Ventura College, 101 freeway, and 126 highway.

I am a busy, working professional in higher Ed., with 2 graduate degrees, living in this area for almost 20 years. I love the peace and quiet of this neighborhood and ability to walk around it peacefully and safely, and easily walk to the walking trails and parks nearby, jump on the freeway or 126 within minutes, and go downtown or go to the beach or harbor within minutes.
