About the room
Hi, I am subleasing my private room with attached bath from Dec 1st, 2023 to July 31st, 2024. The rent includes all utilities, internet and onsite laundry. This is a co-living space with 9 rooms and shared kitchen.
- The room is furnished with bed, mattress, table, chair and hanger space.
-The room is also regularly cleaned (cleaning charge included in rent).

About the roomies
I am a grad student at USC and am looking to sublet since graduating soon. The other roommates are friendly and include many students and young professionals.
