2 parking spots + street parking shared by 3 of us total, we currently have an even tradeoff system that works for us. Details can be discussed further.

-Washer & dryer included, cute little sideyard space as well. -2 property pools a walk away, one has a spa.

1 guy, 1 girl (friends, not dating) living here peacefully and happily. We’re both chill and clean professionals in our 20’s, both into nerdy stuff, games, and occasionally watch movies/hangout together.

I (girl) like the gym, motorcycles, cats, coffee, and videogames. He (guy, obviously) likes videogames, tennis, and the beach.

Ideally we’re looking for someone chill and responsible, NOT looking for someone who is going to bring people over all the time or expecting to throw parties. We both lean towards being introverted and like keeping our place chill.
