House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Carpeted bedrooms, tile wood style floors in bathrooms and common areas. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range stove, and roomy pantry. Brick and stone exterior. Ceiling fans in every bedroom and living area. 2-car garage. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with double sink) for your use. Indoor laundry room with functional washer and dryer. Stone gas fireplace makes living room cozy in the winters. Small grassy backyard with a HOA maintained wooden fence and string lights along the exterior. Elementary school is less than half a mile away and middle school and high school buses pick up across the street in front of our house. You’re more than welcome to use my office/desk when I’m in the office or setting up your own desk in the home office.

Alarm and door code access will be provided for entry to house. TV in living room comes equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, Discovery+, and Prime Video.

Regularly scheduled community events such as food trucks, movies at the park, etc. Pool and splash pad available during summer hours. 2 playgrounds in the neighborhood as well as a pond with a walk path, basketball courts, and pickle ball courts.

If you have a child, I am open to discussing making a 2nd bedroom available for you. I can empathize and am open and flexible.

We are quiet homebody’s who keep to ourselves. We are organized, neat, and routine driven. I work from home a few days a week and drive to the office a couple of times to work in finance at a nearby Fortune 500 company.

Searching for (preferably) a female or single mom and child situation similar to ours. Non-smoker tobacco. Pets are not preferred as we already have two however we are willing to keep an open mind if the cat or dog can get along with ours. 1 empty dog crate available for use. We crate our dog when we aren’t home. Cat wanders freely as most cats do. For safety reasons, must pass background check. Must be honest and a good communicator.
