Vince's room

We have a room available in a nice house with a small yard in a quiet neighborhood. The room is located on the second floor and is big enough for a queen sized bed with two night stands on either side (it also has a closet). We have a designated shelf for extra storage space in our garage. The house is close to the plant on a safe street in a suburban neighborhood.

We are three working professionals in our 30s with full-time jobs. We’re kind, laid back, and like to grab the occasional drink/brunch on the weekends. Besides the rare barbeque/movie night, we never bring the party home (we are looking for someone who feels the same). We have older neighbors who appreciate their sleep (much like ourselves). Outside of that, we mostly keep to ourselves during the week. We like to keep the house a drama-free, laid-back zone, for relaxing. We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and doesn’t mind contributing to help clean the house once a month. We’re fine with the occasional Overnight guests, but no live-in partners or pets. (We are only looking for one roommate, not two :) ) No smokers. (Weed is fine, but outside/backyard only.)
