Craftsman 3 bedroom, 1 bath FULLY FURNISHED home in the Friendly Street neighborhood in SE Eugene. Your room is unfurnished (photos show otherwise for staging purpose) with ample storage space and larger closet. Garage has space for your bike, larger outdoor/hobby equipment. Home is original hardwood floors with carpeted bedrooms, baseboard heating. Skylights in living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully fenced front and back yard with deck and garden area. Very clean, bright and cozy. Washer/dryer in the laundry room, dishwasher and appliances in kitchen (no microwave). Please no pets. May be open to an indoor/outdoor cat, but I do “borrow” my parents’ dog often so he’ll make a lot of appearances/be an overnight guest on occasions. I prefer a female roommate, but open to a male if it’s the right fit.

I am a 38yr old female massage therapist + work part-time for a local beverage company and teach a fitness classs 1day/wk. I am very tidy, fun, respectful, usually busy (in and out of house throughout the day) healthy/fit, and like to keep a clean (but not OCD, ie I do not use harsh chemicals to clean) and peaceful (but not dead quite) home environment. As this home is owned by my parents I am pretty firm about keeping it nicely maintained and clean. I am direct, easy to talk to, and easy-going. I prefer others who are similar - meaning they are self-sufficient and also are clean/tidy/with minimal “stuff” as the house is fully furnished. I would hope my future roomie generally has a good attitude, is able to communicate maturely and is pleasant to be around. I am very good at and mostly prefer keeping to myself but would be happy to find a roommate that would feel somewhat like a friend - someone to share a movie night with or go for walks. Obviously not expected to hang 24.7 but don’t want to feel like strangers passing in the night. Although I am an introvert at heart, I can be an outstanding extrovert and tend to relate/get along with others easily. Thanks for looking!
