Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath sun-soaked house in downtown Santa Rosa, near the railroad square historic district. Easily walk to shops and restaurants as well as parks and trails. Washer/dryer, gas oven and stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal, central heat and air conditioning. Bathroom shared with one other person. Street parking with plenty of spots available. Pets welcome.

Hey there my name is Lyda. I am an easy going, respectful, clean person who gets along with just about anyone. I enjoy my personal space but also like to socialize. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday at an occupational health clinic and currently taking 3 classes at SRJC. Generally I like to spend my free time relaxing, going out for a walk in nature, or catching up with friends. Ideally I’d like a roommate situation where we can all hangout and be friends but also respect each others privacy and alone time. I love all animals, but don’t have any of my own. I would love to have some animal roommates. Some of my interests are traveling and learning about different cultures and natural phenomena, going to shows and discovering new music, taking care of my houseplants, finding a cool new show to binge watch, and lately I’ve been getting more into cooking, although I’m by no means very good yet. I’d love to find some cool people who are a good fit so if you think you’d be a good addition I’d love to meet you!
