Grace's room

Hello! My name is Grace. I’m 21 years old and live in a 2 bedroom apartment right in the center of Koreatown! It is across the street from Hmart & many little shops with GOOOD food. I’m looking for a new roommate because my current roomies (couple) are moving out of their room. It’s $1200 a month w/ a private bathroom and 2 closets. The shared spaces are fully furnished with a dining table, couches, stools, etc. I love plants so there are plants scattered around everywhere in the apartment (hopefully you love plants too.) I am in and out of the apartment as I love to go out but also love to paint, game, and relax. With my old roomies, I used to love painting things to hang up around the apartment (if they didn’t turn out bad). I work at skyzone part time hosting birthday parties for kids and go to school part-time for robotics. I love coffee/tea as well and have an espresso machine. I would love to make hot/iced coffee or tea lattes for you !!🫶
