Private room in home of Gay male. 2 rooms available: one smaler, clean-not freshly painted for $650/mo; Other room is larger with large closet freshly painted with new carpet for $800/mo. need deposite equal to rent. Wifi, laundry avilable-on bus rt-parking available-near EB- near convienience stores. Both rooms have furnisings or you can bring your own. House is 6 rooms=living room, dining room and kitchen with spare refrigerator. 3 bedrooms. house is comfortably furnished. At present I’m not charging for electric, but if you use a lot of electricity-know it’s getting expensive and I may need to charge more if the bill goes too high. I do have rare finches and a cat as pets-I like pets, but they would need to be compatible. Cat does not like dogs. Cat is trained not to bother birds. The house is reasonably clean, but has been lived in for 36 years and thus could use a refreshing paint job-BUT paint fumes will kill birds-thus I’m offering slightly cheaper rent.
Presently just myself. One housemate moved away and one died as result of accident. I’m gay and partnered several nights a week. Could be open to others if it works, but not nessesary. I’m jack of all trades-many would not think I’m gay. I’m older and look much younger=I weigh exactly what I did at 20 years old and am 5’10“ tall and weigh 125 pounds.
