Casita/ suite style living that comes with your own entrance; living room with a mini fridge, electric stove top, microwave, sink, and cabinets; hallway from the living room to bedroom with a private bathroom; a stackable washer/ dryer in the laundry closet located in the center of hallway in between bedroom and living room; and a private enclosed backyard patio. Utilities will be included which are Wi-Fi, electric and water. Estimated to be available by October 18, 2023. Must be currently employed with a minimum of 650+ credit score and willing to sign a one year lease. Security deposit of $1,500 will be required with 1st months rent. Get security deposit back if no damage done to place when done with 1 year lease.

I am in the Army currently serving in Hawaii. I have a property manager that helps me manage my property. Family of 4 live in the main house.(2 adults and 2 kids) They are respectful and courteous.
